Talkeetna (6/14)

As we drive toward Talkeetna, we saw are first view of Denali.

Our home for the night. 

 The plan was for a plane ride around the mountain and then landing pic a Glacier.  But the weather was changing.  First they said come in early for a 4:00pm flight instead the planned 6pm flight. Eventually cancelled because of high winds & turbulence. But said they would put us on a early morning flight the next morning.

So instead walked around the town. 

Then walked down to the river 

Then walked backed to the campground for the night.
