Today was planned to be an easy drive from Seward to Kenai. But a slight change of plans as we got to visit two local establishments. First was a "tour" of the Glacier Family Medical Clinic and then aover to the Safeway Pharmacy (& the Starbucks in Safeway). Rob ended up with a upper respiratory thing.
But after that slight delay, was off toward Kenai.
Soldotna was the town right before Kenai.

Staying at the the Beluga Lookout RV Park with a view of Cook Inlet where the Kenai river enters it.
30 foot tide change and the Beluga whales sometime chase the salmon up toward the fresh water of the river two hours before high tide and exit two hours after high tide.
Pictures at low tide as Toni took a walk on a misty afternoon as Rob followed doctors orders and took a nap.
The way down to the beach was the Meeks trail.
After an evening nap, someone felt good enough for a midnight walk on the beach.

And while there was still a little energy in the tank, then why not do part of the Old Town Kenai walking tour. The Russian Orthodox chapel and church.
